the breakfast could have been better (i especially wished for more fresh fruit). also, if you're full board, the staff don't automatically tell you about the alternative menu available if you don't like the buffet, which i found annoying. i discovered it by accident and reminded me of i missed out on some options.

The room was large. I got upgraded to a sea view. the grounds were well kept. There were plenty of sun loungers available. the shower was lovely and hot at all times. I liked the cleanliness.
the room service was a bit slow one afternoon.

large verandah soft lighting terrible communication unhelpful front desk
the suite we booked was great. it included a large verandah with day bed. the lighting in the room was very lovely and soft.
communication with the front desk was terrible. david and ivy didn't provide enough help. we were charged for more people than what we said we had at check-in.

spacious room helpful staff loud aircon visible grime
the rooms were spacious and beautiful. staff were kind, friendly and helpful. the hotel was well kept. we had a lovely time here.
some grime was visible on certain surfaces. the air conditioning was loud, hindering sleep. it wasn't ideal. the tv didn't work either.
